General
Cooper was an impact for the Buffs last season but was slowed by injuries that limited him to only 20 games played ... Enters this season healthy and ready to make an impact in his senior season ... 2006-07 (Junior)
Battled injury issues much of the season, playing in 20 contests and drawing five starts ... Averaged 9.7 points and 5.9 rebounds per game for the season, including a 10.9 points and a 7.0 rebounds per game clip during conference play ... Shot .470 from the floor including a .412 percentage from three point range ... Collected a season-high 20 points on Jan. 27 at Midwestern State and followed that performance up with the first double-double of his career with 10 points and 11 rebounds in a road victory over Eastern New Mexico ... Selected honorable mention All-LSC at the conclusion of the season ... Also honored for his classroom achievements as he was named LSC Academic Player of the Year for the second straight season.

2005-06 (Sophomore)
Saw a greater role as a sophomore, appearing in all 31 games for the Buffs ... Led the LSC with a .471 shooting percentage (37-of-58) from beyond the three-point arc ... Averaged 8.8 points and 4.7 rebounds per contests, while dishing out 48 assists on the year ... Posted his biggest scoring performance of the season on Feb. 2 with 22 points in a win at Angelo State ... Also a standout in the classroom, Cooper was named LSC Academic Player of the Year in addition to being selected CoSIDA ESPN The Magazine First Team Academic All-District.

2004-05 (Freshman)
Played in 11 games ... Averaged 0.4 points and 0.5 rebounds per game ... Netted career-high four points in win over Northeastern State (1-06-05) ... Had career-high three rebounds in the same game ... Named to the LSC All-Academic Team, the lone freshman to receive the honor from the conference.

Led Amarillo High to a 23-8 finish as a senior and a 28-3 record as a junior ... Honored with All-District, All-Region and Co-MVP of District 2-5A ... Earned Academic All-State and UIL All-District Academic Team accolades ... Four-year letterwinner, leading the Sandies to three-straight district championships ... Also played football ...
