General: Flores is an experienced runner who brings hard work and dedication to the Buffs.

High School: Flores graduated as salutatorian from Booker High where he ran for coach Matt Cox. He received the Track Fightiniest Award for hard work and dedication. While at Booker, Flores served as vice-president of student council and National Honor Society. He was recognized by Who Who's Among American High School Students and for his perfect attendance record. Flores also lettered twice in basketball.
